First time windsurfing in the UK for AGES!

A very short "finding my mojo" session, due to higher wind than I expected (too much for me on a 4.6 - biggers guys were on 4.2s), and general unfitness...

Whizzed in an out and played with a few nice waves for about 20mins and then gave up with cramp in my forearms! A bit less wind and the conditions would have been really fun.

I've not sailed at "West Hove" before, so it was nice to go somewhere different. Spent the next 1/2hr in warm sunshine taking some nice windsurfing snaps, so a good afternoon out.

I'm now enthusiastic to get out again soon, so job done :)
